Affordable Housing for Veterans in Las Vegas
Patriot Housing LV, LLC is being developed by FIXX Development Corp to expand access to affordable housing for Veterans and their families in Las Vegas, providing not just a place to live, but meaningful services that promote long-term stability and independence.
Project Site Location
Situated on 15.12 acres at Tree Line Drive and Vegas Valley Drive, the development will provide a well-balanced blend of housing options, including 108 studio apartments, 102 one-bedroom, one-bath units, 120 two-bedroom, two-bath units, and 18 three-bedroom, two-bath units designed to serve a range of household needs.
Working with the City of Las Vegas and their commitment to increase access to affordable housing and supporting Veterans, Patriot Housing LV has entered into a development agreement to purchase the site at fair market value. This includes a deed restriction to ensure affordable housing for fifteen years.
Affordable Housing / Luxury Apartment Living
Spanning more than 600,000 square feet, the site will feature a total of 348 thoughtfully designed residential units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans to accommodate veterans and their families at every stage of life.
This residential community offers affordable housing in a welcoming, amenity-rich environment. Residents will enjoy a recreational center with a pool and jacuzzi, a children’s play area, a dog park, a gym, and direct access to the community bike and walking trail along the Las Vegas Wash.
Additional amenities include pickleball courts and other recreational features designed to encourage connection, activity, and overall well-being.
The primary clubhouse will be a point of connectivity to ensure community and belonging among residents. It will serve as a central gathering space for social events, resident meetings, and recreational activities, fostering relationships that strengthen the overall sense of community within Patriot Housing LV.

This functional healing experience is supported by Lightbrite’s environmental stressor and vocal biomarker detection and generates personalized prescriptive music playback for individual rooms. For the common areas, Lightbrite is able to survey the general tone of a space to then generate beneficial soundscapes for those spaces.
In order to enable these therapeutic experiences, some individual and common areas in transitional housing will be equipped with additional audio infrastructure to support these beneficial immersive audio experiences.
