Affordable Housing for Veterans in Las Vegas
Patriot Housing LV was developed by FIXX Development Corp to expand not only access to affordable housing, but also create supportive transitional housing for veterans in Las Vegas, providing not just a place to live, but meaningful services that promote long-term stability and independence.
Project Site Location
Situated on 15.12 acres at Tree Line Drive and Vegas Valley Drive, the development will provide a well-balanced blend of housing options, including 108 studio apartments, 102 one-bedroom, one-bath units, 120 two-bedroom, two-bath units, and 18 three-bedroom, two-bath units designed to serve a range of household needs.
Working with the City of Las Vegas and their commitment to improving affordable housing and supporting Veterans, FIXX Development through Patriot Housing has entered into an agreement to purchase the site at fair market value.
This works to bring much needed housing services to our Veterans, while also ensuring the City has revenue for infrastructure improvements.
Affordable Housing / Luxury Apartment Living
Spanning more than 600,000 square feet, the site will feature a total of 348 thoughtfully designed residential units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans to accommodate veterans and their families at every stage of life.
The community is organized into two distinct yet complementary projects, each aligned with the shared mission of serving veterans and their families.
The primary residential community offers affordable housing within a welcoming, amenity-rich environment. Residents will enjoy a recreational center with a pool and jacuzzi, a children’s play area, a pet park, and direct access to the community bike and walking trail along the Las Vegas Wash.
Additional amenities include pickleball courts and other recreational features designed to encourage connection, activity, and overall well-being.
The second project focuses on supportive housing, offering studio residences paired with a dedicated on-site service center. This area includes an adults-only pool and jacuzzi with direct access to supportive services.
The service center will be available to all veteran residents and will work in partnership with Veterans Bridge Group and other community organizations to deliver essential programs, resources, and activities directly on-site.
