FIXX Development is building what it calls supportive transitional housing for veterans in Las Vegas. Called Patriot Housing, the $90 million project will feature 348 residential units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, to accommodate veterans and their families at every stage of life.

Situated on 15.12 acres at Tree Line Drive and Vegas Valley Drive, the community is organized into two distinct yet complementary projects, each aligned with the shared mission of serving veterans and their families. Residents will enjoy a recreational center with a pool and jacuzzi, a children’s play area, a pet park, and direct access to the community bike and walking trail along the Las Vegas Wash.

Additional amenities include pickleball courts and other recreational features designed to encourage connection, activity, and overall well-being. The second project focuses on supportive housing, offering studio residences paired with a dedicated on-site service center. This area includes an adults-only pool and jacuzzi with direct access to supportive services.
